To maintain search functionality while protecting your privacy, select the nearest city to your location when creating your listing. This is required for your practice to appear in search results. You can specify in your listing description that you offer virtual sessions or operate on a mobile basis.

New listings typically go live within 24-48 hours after submission, following our verification process. Premium Plan listings receive priority review.

Yes, depending on your subscription plan:
Essential Plan: One category
Professional Plan: Two categories
Premium Plan: Up to three categories

Log into your account, go to “Edit Listing,” scroll to the Media section, and click “Upload Image.” We recommend using high-resolution images that meet our size requirements (minimum 500×500 pixels).

Premium Plan members can add video content by including YouTube or Vimeo links in their listing. Go to “Edit Listing,” scroll to the Media section, and add your video URL.

Here’s what you need to know about listing cancellation and removal:

If you have a claimed listing:

  • Your subscription can be cancelled from your account dashboard anytime
  • Once cancelled or if payment lapses, your listing will revert to an Unclaimed status
  • Key business information, urls etc will be hidden, though basic citation data will remain visible
  • Your custom content, media, and enhanced features will be removed

For unclaimed listings:

  • These listings are created using publicly available business data
  • Basic business information remains as a public citation

Important notes:

  • If your practice has permanently closed
  • If you believe listing information is incorrect
  • If you need the listing completely removed

Please contact our support team with the listing details for manual review.

Search for your practice, click “Claim This Listing,” and follow the verification process. You’ll need to verify ownership using your professional email or documentation. The process typically takes 2-3 business days.

Log into your account, select “Edit Listing,” and update the incorrect information. If you haven’t claimed the listing yet, you’ll need to complete the claiming process first.

Premium Plan members have access to detailed analytics showing private views on their listing.

Yes, each physical location requires a separate listing. You can link these listings together in your profile for easier management. Or contact us for Franchise options.

Each listing has a “Report Post” button at the top.

To report a listing:
Click the “Report Post” button on the listing you want to report

Complete the reporting form with:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Select a reason from the dropdown menu (Incorrect Details, Spam, Copyright Issue, etc.)
  • Submit the form for manual review

Our team will review your report and take appropriate action to maintain the quality of our directory. Please submit separate reports for multiple listings. If you need to provide additional information or have urgent concerns, you can also contact our support team directly.
